This connector features high-purity copper alloy pins with a diameter of 0.50.5 (**Pin diameter 0.50.5**), tin-plated surfaces (2.0mm Tin-plated pin header), paired with high-temperature-resistant LCP materials (2.0mm pitch LCP material), and a single-layer plastic structure (2.0mm pitch single layer plastic pin headers). Installed via SMT technology (2.0mm SMT Pin Header), it can stably carry 4A current in environments ranging from -40°C to +105°C, with a contact resistance as low as 15mΩ. The flat design significantly reduces the overall height to only 1.5mm, effectively saving space. The double-row layout supports parallel transmission of up to 20PIN signals, meeting high-speed data interaction needs. The design without locating posts (2.0mm pitch pin header without locating posts) provides flexible wiring adjustment space. Certified by IATF16949, ISO9001, and RoHS-compliant, it is widely used in smartwatches, ultra-thin laptops, etc., offering efficient solutions for precise electronic connections.
